It depends on the job, and every rate is on the cards above. Cleaning by the hour is $6 an hour plus $5 for transport, and you choose the hours when you book - anything from 2 to 12. Two hours is $17, four is $29, ten is $65. Deep cleaning and carpets are $2 per square metre, house glass is $10 per facade, and a full lounge set is $60. For anything priced by the metre or the facade you type the size when you book and the total works itself out, so the price you see before you confirm is the price you pay.

Yes. Any visit starting from 1pm onwards is 15% off, automatically - you will see the lower price before you confirm, and the discounted times are marked in the picker. Those are our quietest hours, so booking then helps us as much as it helps you.

Four visits are $100, eight are $195 and twelve are $290. Each visit is four hours with transport included, so a pack visit costs less than the same four hours booked on its own. They are visits, not a monthly allowance: nothing expires at the end of the month, and you use them at your own pace. When they run out, buy another pack.

Yes. Everything we do happens at your place. When you book, you tell us the address and can drop a pin on the map so the crew finds you without calling.

Send us your address when you book and we will confirm straight away. If we cannot reach you we will tell you before the day, not on it.

Yes. We deliberately leave every time open: take the one that suits you and we will arrange the crew. If something genuinely cannot work we call you and agree another time together.

A regular clean of your home, done by trained staff in uniform. Floors, kitchen, bathrooms, dusting and surfaces throughout. Four hours is the standard visit and the one the visit packs are built on; shorter visits are there for a smaller flat or a top-up between deep cleans. Bring-your-own products, or add ours below.

Your choice. The hourly rate of $6 is for cleaning with your own products and equipment. Tick "With our products and equipment" when you book and we bring everything: that adds $3 an hour, so the hour is $9 instead of $6. Deep cleaning and carpets are priced per square metre with the products already included.

Everything a regular clean covers, plus the parts nobody reaches weekly: inside cupboards, behind and under appliances, tiles and grout, skirting boards, door frames, windows and their tracks. Priced at $2 per square metre, so the size of the place is the price. A flat of about 120 to 140 m² is done by a team of five.

Carpets and rugs, cleaned at your place, at $2 per square metre. Send a photo on WhatsApp if you are not sure of the size and we will tell you. A full lounge set - the large three-seater, one two-seater and two single armchairs - cleaned where it stands, for $60. Have more than that? Tick "My set is bigger than that" when you book and we price the rest on WhatsApp before we come; a photo is enough.

Windows, glass doors, partitions and shopfronts, cleaned inside and out wherever they can be reached safely from the ground or a ladder. Homes are priced per facade at $10, so the number of faces of the building is the price. Shops have a monthly subscription instead - see the packs below.

Yes, and that is a large part of what we do: offices, shops, restaurants and cafes, gyms and supermarkets, before you open or after you close. Shopfront glass has its own monthly subscription: $12 a month for four visits.

The clean that turns a finished site back into somewhere you can live or trade: construction dust off every surface, paint and adhesive residue, window and floor finishing. Booked by the hour, and it is usually a full day.

Yes. You get a confirmation when you book and a reminder before the visit, on WhatsApp or by email.
